Katherine H. Government Agency in Los Angeles, California
Concord was able to handle a dual agency document production onsite in Orange County. The worst part was it was right before the holidays. Hector & staff were there with 6 operators onsite the first week of December and estimated thru mid January 2024. They scanned over 200 boxes ahead of schedule before the New Year. Concord was very professional and was able to work with both parties (federal & County of L.A.) requirements, budgets and billing. All data was delivered to handle each parties specifications (one Relativity export, the other PDF’s). 1/2024

I needed two smartphones, (one Samsung and one iPhone) data collected from my client. Unfortunately, one was still active (the other not). Concord staff was awesome as they picked up phone from client, collected data & delivered back the same day. I shopped around for fair pricing was getting crazy prices of around $2,000. Concord agreed to collect both phones for only $495 … although, I believe they usually charge higher. Concord collected all text messages, emails and photos for a certain date period, plus we used keyword to cull the data down. So glad my friend turned me on to Concord. They are a great resource for small firms that don’t have resources the big firms have. 12/2023

Awesome job! I have a client from a large law firm that had a trial at Stanley Mosk Courthouse in downtown Los Angeles (November 2023). I was worried because I had not worked with Concord before, but they were highly recommended from a friend. We needed 35 exhibit trial binders x 5 sets for the court. They also were able to provide electronic exhibit stickers on first page of every exhibit. Problem is like all trials, things are done the last minute and we needed it done over the weekend and in court Monday morning. Not only did they get the job done, they delivered directly to the courtroom and the boxes were waiting for us when we arrived. keep reading on YELP 11/2023
Jim C. Government Agency in Washington D.C.
Required a data collection in Southern California, along with, scanning several hundred boxes. The entire project (data & scanned boxes) required uploading for online attorney review. Project needed to be completed in 30 days and my vendors couldn’t complete the deadline. An associate in my office recommended CONCORD as they helped with a multi-agency project a few years back. They not only completed the project on time, but they came in way below the budgeted amount. Much appreciated!

Called Concord at 5pm on Wednesday night for large onsite scanning project we needed done before this Monday (tomorrow). They had 3 workers onsite the next morning at 9am that scanned over 20,000 pages for us & delivered Saturday morning! Didn’t think it could be done on time because nearly every other company we called said it was too much of a short notice and wanted to charge us nearly 3x the amount. Sonya was very helpful by connecting me directly to Hector who handled my project from A to Z. Concord exceeded my expectations & I highly recommend them for onsite scanning projects. Thank you! My firm had a large document scanning project of over 15 boxes. Jennifer was extremely helpful in getting me a proposal; picking up the scanning job; and delivering to my client the next day. I called several companies & there wasn’t anyone but Concord that is able to handle the quick turnaround…. KEEP READING ON YELP.COM

Our firm had a big job to send out. We wanted to save our client some money so I called three reproduction companies including Concord. Concord offered a great price and made us feel confident they could do the job correctly.
They had the job finished by our deadline and also delivered a copy in downtown for us before heading our way in El Segundo.
My point of contact, Hector Flores, answered all my questions both via email and by phone. KEEP READING ON YELP.COM
